GDC 2020 – Writing Tools Faster

This is a recording of my talk that was scheduled for GDC 2020. I’m sad that I wasn’t able to give it live, but happy to share it this way instead (and keep everybody safe from Covid-19).

In this presentation, I talk about the problems we had with writing game development tools for Bitsquid & Stingray and what we’ve done in The Machinery to make sure that we can write high quality tools really fast.
